The City of Harlingen released information that was not relevant to a request made for records.

The release was provided in an employees personnel records. Larry Moore seemed to need a new laptop, and we are unsure how this is associated with our request for Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) records:

We are quite curious how much effort had to be placed into obtaining the email for the quote when it has no relevance to the request:

We must say, we are happy that Larry Moore was able to solve a laptop issue in 2011, we just don’t see the connection; however, there is speculation to consider.
