Online Order Policy
We create all our products on a made-to-order basis. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have implemented the following policies to ensure a smooth process for both parties.
1. Final Sale for Custom Orders
All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color variations caused by display screen differences. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
2. Claims for Misprints, Damage, or Defects
Claims for any misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. If you notice any issue with your order, please contact us immediately at
[email protected]. Claims submitted after the 15-day period will not be eligible for replacements. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
• Photographic Evidence:
For defective or damaged products, photographic evidence will be required to process any replacement. Refunds are not available unless a replacement cannot be provided.
3. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
We will replace defective, damaged, or misprinted items once photographic evidence has been reviewed. We do not issue refunds for such claims. In the rare case that a replacement is not possible, store credit may be offered.
• Store Credit:
In cases where a replacement is unavailable, store credit for the item’s value may be issued. No cash refunds will be offered.
4. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
• Wrong Address:
If the shipping address you provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for covering the reshipment costs once we confirm the correct address with you.
• Unclaimed Shipments:
Any shipments that are unclaimed and returned to us will incur a reshipment fee. If you do not wish to have the item reshipped, it will be donated to charity at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
5. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for custom, made-to-order items unless they are defective or misprinted. For sealed goods such as face masks or other items not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns. Any returned items of this nature will be disposed of and no refund or reshipment will be available.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
7. Size and Color Disclaimer
Please refer to the provided size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase. We will not offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection. Slight color variations between digital images and physical products are possible and do not qualify for refunds.
