A Facebook page named “Lagordiloca News LaredoTX,” uploaded a video stating to share the post.
The posting claims the Webb – Zapata County District Attorney recorded a video which someone deemed inappropriate.
The actual video is unknown, but it appears if there was a video it would have been in a common area of the establishment in the video.
The posting also claims the Laredo Police Department was contacted and they advised (at some point) there was nothing to charge the District Attorney.
In review of the video, it appears the District Attorney may have been assaulted during the encounter.
We placed a request for information with the Laredo Police Department and are waiting to hear back.
Interestingly enough, if the claim was that someone was recorded, the person may have been recorded in capturing the altercation.
