Attorney General’s Office Confirms it will Respond to Lawsuit Filed on TCOLE Director

By

We received information that the Attorney General’s Office will respond for TCOLE Executive Director Kim Vickers; as it relates to the lawsuit filed on him, for accusations he has not performed his statutory duty for Texas.

This reply should be interesting. There are multiple concerns with the Texas Attorney General’s Office responding to a lawsuit naming a Public Servant which accuses actions that are neither in good faith, or lawfully performed.

Essentially, there may be a case of conflict of interest to address once the answer is filed.

We will provide the Attorney General’s response, once received, before 10 A.M on February 14, 2022.

The lawsuit is filed in Travis County District Court and provided cause D-1-GN-22-000205.

The original petition can be found HERE.
