About sixty-nine officers working in Bexar County are up for potential disciplinary action with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).
Most of the officers are with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) and a notable name may be Jermey Payne; the elected President of the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Bexar County (DSABC)
In reviewing the meeting agenda for the scheduled quarterly TCOLE meeting, to occur on September 3, 2020 at 9:30 A.M., we are curious to know who is monitoring the BCSO’s training program.
This question arises because it appears, almost half of the individuals listed, within the full list of potential discipline, may be within the BCSO.
The TCOLE website lists 2,750 active agencies, authorized to operate in the State of Texas.
