By

A former Comal County Sheriff’s Office jailer was taken into custody in Guadalupe County in February 2026, on warrants connected to an alleged offense that predates his employment with the county, according to jail and licensing records.

Arrest in New Braunfels

Guadalupe County booking records show Timothy Daniel Jensen, 54, was arrested February 18, 2026, and booked into the Guadalupe County Adult Detention Center. Authorities listed two warrants issued by the 25th District Court alleging indecency with a child by exposure, with an offense date of March 7, 2020. Bond was set at $50,000 on each warrant by a judge.

The Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office previously stated its Fugitive Apprehension Unit located and arrested Jensen in New Braunfels without incident.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
