Authorities in Harlingen say a narcotics investigation led to the arrests of three people after officers executed a search warrant earlier this month.
According to the Harlingen Police Department, officers with the Organized Crime Unit, Criminal Investigations Unit, Crime Suppression Unit, and K-9 teams carried out a narcotics search warrant on March 13, 2026, in the 2100 block of Shadowbrook Circle. Investigators reported that the operation was part of an ongoing effort to address suspected narcotics activity in the area.
During the search, officers reported seizing 65.49 grams of crack cocaine, along with evidence investigators said was consistent with the sale and trafficking of narcotics.
Charges Filed Against Three Individuals
Police identified the individuals arrested during the operation as Alex Robles, Adriana Lopez, and Irma Lopez, all listed as residents of Harlingen.

Alex Robles was charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, between 4 grams and 200 grams, a first-degree felony under Texas law.

Adriana Lopez faces the same manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance charge. She was also charged with failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, a Class B misdemeanor, and endangering a child, which is classified as a state jail felony.

Irma Lopez was also charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, a first-degree felony, along with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
Bond Amounts Set
Court records indicate bond amounts were set for each of the individuals following their arrests. Alex Robles’ bond was set at $75,000, while Adriana Lopez’s bond was set at $69,500. Irma Lopez’s bond was set at $55,000.
Ongoing Enforcement Efforts
In a statement included in the department’s press release, the Harlingen Police Department said it remains committed to targeting narcotics activity in the community. Authorities stated the enforcement effort is part of ongoing work to combat illegal drug distribution and help keep neighborhoods safe.
As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and the individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
