Agency Says He Has Not Worked Since Arrest

The Hawk’s Eye reached out to the Bexar County Constables Precinct 3 Office regarding Bryant’s current status. The office confirmed Bryant is a reserve deputy constable. The agency said Bryant has not worked any hours since his arrest. The office also said reserve constables are required to work 16 hours per month, but Bryant is not currently meeting that requirement.

Despite that, the agency said Bryant remains active with them because of due process. The office said Bryant is considered innocent unless proven guilty. Bryant has not been convicted, and the pending charge remains an allegation. Still, the agency’s response confirms he remains active while not working the monthly hours required of reserve deputy constables.

TCOLE History

Bryant’s service history shows he has been with Bexar County Constable Precinct 3 since August 9, 2021. It also lists prior service with Bexar County Constable Office for Precinct 4 from 2018 to 2021 and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office from 2011 to 2017.
