Howard County Justice of the Peace Robert F Fitzgibbons has resigned his position as Justice of the Peace on or about February 12, 2021.
The Big Spring Police Chief has also advised the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) of Fitzgibbons arrest. The need to notify occurred because Fitzgibbons was a Reserve Peace Officer with the City of Big Spring at the time of the arrest.
We have yet to receive any affidavits or arrest warrants for Mr. Fitzgibbons.
