We also received notice, the initial response submitted for the reporter and clerk records was due on November 19, 2020, and the clerk record finally made it’s way to the Appeals Court on December 1, 2020.

However, the reporter’s record was not submitted. The value of the document is to show, proper process has been followed.

What will be interesting, is whether the Judge actually signed the orders claimed to be presented on the Cameron County Public Portal or if there was some other involvement in the cause.

We will know, when the Judge submits her response to our request for the reasoning for the decision on the Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus. One of two things will happen; she will actually submit a response, because she did deny it or she will find out what has been going on in her venue.

We believe it may be a venue issue, but we shall see.
